RESOLVED: ASK EDI Connection Disruption Due to Vendor Vulnerability

UPDATE: The vendor provided a resolution for the vulnerability and the EDI connections have been fully restored.

Due to a potential ransom vulnerability with our vendor, connectivity to ASK EDI will be limited.

Trading partners who connect via port 80 and port 443 will temporarily be disabled until the vendor has provided a resolution for the vulnerability. If you are unable to login, unable to upload, or unable to download files it is safe to assume your access has been temporarily suspended due to the vulnerability.

The resolution ETA is unknown at this time. Updated information will be communicated as it becomes available.

We apologize for the inconvenience this will cause. The security of data within these connections is the highest priority at this time.

Real time 27x transactions will not be impacted at this time.
