Scheduled System Outage - August 14th, 2022

ASK will be conducting an upgrade in our production environment which will directly impact ASK batch services by preventing trading partners from connecting. Activities will occur during our normal maintenance window (4:00AM - 10:00AM CT) on Sunday, August 14th and is not expected to extend past this time frame.

This upgrade will not impact real time 27x transactions. Please plan accordingly and don't hesitate to contact ASK at 800-472-6481 prior to this time if you have any questions.
